By booking the services offered by Agropasión Turismo Rural, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Reservations and Payments
Reservations can be made through our website, by WhatsApp, or by email.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit or advance payment of 50% of the total service
price is required.
The remaining balance must be paid up to 48 hours before the service date or on the
day of the event, as agreed.
Payments by bank transfer, Mercado Pago, or cash are accepted.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance allow for a free rescheduling of the date.
If the cancellation is made between 3 and 6 days before, the deposit will be used as a credit for
another date (valid for 3 months).
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, the experience can be rescheduled or a credit note
issued.
Personalized Services and Special Events
Personalized experiences or events (corporate or private) require prior coordination and the
signing of a specific agreement, if applicable.
The number of attendees confirmed up to 72 hours before the event will be used as the basis
for service setup and final billing.
Responsibility and Safety
All activities are conducted under the supervision of Agropasión staff. Visitors are asked to
follow the team's instructions to ensure a safe experience.
Participation in horseback riding or other activities implies acceptance of the risks inherent to
outdoor activities.
Gifts and Products
Customized products have delivery times between 7 and 15 business days, depending on
quantity and design.
Orders are confirmed with a 50% payment and are delivered against the full balance.
Returns are not accepted on customized products, except for manufacturing defects.
