1. Service provider

2. Services offered

Agropasión offers rural tourism experiences at its estancia in Villa Rosa, Pilar:

• Horseback Riding: guided horse rides in three formats (Introductory, Scenic, and Virgen de Luján)
• Countryside Day: full-day experience from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM with multiple activities included

3. Bookings and confirmation

Bookings are made through direct contact via the web form, email or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only when:

• Written confirmation is received from Agropasión
• The required deposit has been paid (see section 4)

Agropasión reserves the right not to confirm a booking due to lack of availability or other justified reasons, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.

4. Deposit and payment policy

To confirm a booking, a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total value of the service is required. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the visit, before activities begin.

Available payment methods are communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

5. Cancellation policy

The following cancellation conditions apply:

• Cancellation more than 7 days in advance: 100% deposit refund
• Cancellation between 3 and 7 days before: 50% deposit refund
• Cancellation less than 72 hours before: deposit is non-refundable, except in duly evidenced force majeure cases
• No-show: full forfeiture of the deposit

6. Rescheduling due to weather conditions

In the event of heavy rain, electrical storm or other weather conditions that prevent safe operation of activities, Agropasión may:

• Offer to reschedule the visit to an alternative date at no additional charge
• Refund the deposit in full if no alternative date is mutually convenient

Mild weather conditions (light rain, moderate wind) do not constitute grounds for cancellation by Agropasión, as the activities have covered spaces available.

7. User responsibility

The user acknowledges the inherent risks of rural tourism activities and agrees to participate at their own risk. In particular:

• Horseback riding is a physical activity requiring strict adherence to the guide's instructions at all times
• The user must inform Agropasión in advance of any relevant medical condition (cardiac conditions, pregnancy, fear of animals, etc.)
• The user is responsible for any damage caused to third parties or Agropasión's property through negligence or failure to follow instructions
• Pets are not permitted without prior authorisation

8. Age and weight limits for horseback riding

• Introductory ride: minimum 6 years (accompanied by an adult)
• Scenic ride: minimum 12 years
• Virgen de Luján ride: minimum 14 years
• Weight limit for all formats: 100 kg (for animal welfare)

9. Activity insurance

Agropasión holds civil liability insurance for its recreational activities. This insurance covers accidents occurring during the normal conduct of activities under the supervision of certified guides.

10. Intellectual property and use of images

All content on this website (texts, images, videos, logos) is the property of Agropasión or is used with due authorisation. Total or partial reproduction without express written consent is prohibited.

By participating in our activities, the user agrees that Agropasión may photograph and film the activities for institutional communication purposes. Images featuring identifiable individuals will not be published without their prior consent.

11. Service modifications

Agropasión reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time, with or without prior notice. Should a booked service be discontinued, the user will be offered an equivalent alternative or a full refund of the amount paid.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or fulfilment, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Judicial District of San Isidro, Province of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

Agropasión reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the corresponding update date. Continued use of the site or making new bookings implies acceptance of the current terms.
